Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team.
As a Restaurant Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
The Restaurant Associate is an entry level opportunity that is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service to the guest.
A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner to ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and kitchen.
Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation and dishwashing as needed - Upsell menu items to increase revenue - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment to ensure the restaurant is always customer ready.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A desire to be a brand ambassador and promote our loyalty rewards program.
Requirements:
