Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
Duties:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth guest service - Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette skills - Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred - Proficiency with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members - Knowledge of guest relations best practices - Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems Joining our team as a Host/Host offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
