Our group of various small businesses operate in the commercial cleaning & facilities maintenance industry, real estate/home inspection industry, as well as other industries.

Work-from-home days On-the-job training Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere This part-time position is a hybrid position that will support our various small businesses.
This is a remote part-time position of 20hrs per week with an option to choose one of two work schedules:
Mon-Thurs; 9:
00a-2:
00p or Mon-Fri; 9:
00a-1:
00p.
There will also be a required weekly face-to-face meeting scheduled.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and capabilities:
TECHNICAL CAPABILITES Computer and telephone system proficiency (Mobile App Based Phone system) Office administration Report, memo, invoice, and correspondence creation Inventory management Scheduling and calendar management Research capabilities Filing system creation and maintenance (electronic and physical) Human Resources/Payroll system proficiency Social Media Proficiency Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping, time keeping, and filing.

Taxes, wage garnishments, etc.
) Assist management with employee related forms and documents related to Texas Workforce Commission Timesheet updates for employees Payroll system employee updates Answer company phone and forward calls Update reports and to do lists for weekly team meetings Create and submit monthly invoices (electronic and by mail) Create and manage supplies/inventory list Assist management with bid proposals Manage company social media pages and create content Create monthly newsletters Post job openings and conduct web-based interviews for potential candidates Other ad hoc projects Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
