Provides direction and facilitates the new and developmental employee orientation program(s).
Performs various tasks associated with training development and administration, including assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of training and organizational programs.
Assists in the development of training tools.
Assists the RN Educator and Support UM Leadership in designing training modules when required.
Participates in departmental initiatives as identified by Utilization Management leadership.
She/he will be used as adjunct staff as needed to process organization determination requests or determination notifications, assist with processing appeals, or any other duties assigned per leadership discretion.

Experience working with insurance (HMO, PPO, and POS) companies to obtain authorizations and pre-certification for medical services License(s) Required:
