Candidate must be able to:
-be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks including greeting and seating patients, daily dental front desk tasks, answering calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, and post treatment follow up calls.
-verify and file dental insurances:
verifying insurance benefits, preparing and presenting treatment plans, collecting co-pays/deductibles, filing daily insurance claims, entering insurance payment.
-follow up on claims and collect outstanding payment.
Ideal candidate must be a team player with organizational skills, great attitude and enjoying helping others.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of dental front desk experience.
Salary is based on experience and performance.
