- Provide administrative support to the office staff - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with order entry and inventory management - Coordinate and assist with event planning and coordination - Provide support to dental receptionist as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
