This position will serve as the first point of contact in working with our clients.
Must be client-focused and have a strong sense of customer service.
Must have the ability to be comfortable on the phone and have strong telephone etiquette.
Must have excellent typing skills.
Must be willing and able to learn and utilize new software.
Qualifications 1 year of inside sales experience a must A background in the Real Estate industry is a plus, but not required.

Customer Service Coordinators are responsible for obtaining the majority of our business via the client and real estate agent incoming calls.
An excellent candidate for this role will take great pride in their quality of work, the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly, handle a multitude of tasks throughout the day, consistently be attentive to detail, and, above all else, MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT LEADS.
