Receptionist Responsibility:
Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring smooth client flow.
Taking payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Scan and upload records to EMR system.
Handling phone inquiries, appointment bookings, and general administrative duties.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Foster and nurture relationships with our online community to enhance brand loyalty.
Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.
Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to optimize strategy.
