We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented candidate to greet patients at the front desk and orient them to the office This role is very fast paced and requires multi tasking.
Candidate must be detail oriented as well by making sure patients chart is properly made and insurance is verified.
We prefer 1 year of medical office experience (pediatrics preferred).
Must be friendly and dress professionally.
The job requires use of EMR, microsoft outlook, fax machine, multi line phone system.
Saturdays are split among staff - about 1 saturday morning per month.
