We are seeking a Office Representative to join our team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team as a versatile employee who can handle responsibilities ranging from managing accounts payable/receivable and overseeing parts ordering to serving as the Designated Employee Representative for our Drug and Alcohol Program, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Duties:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process bills and ensure accurate recording of expenses Review and reconcile bank statements Prepare and issue invoices to customers Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end closing Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company's products/services Research and identify new suppliers for parts and negotiate pricing Coordinate with technicians to forecast parts requirements Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and other applicable standards Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding drug and alcohol testing Coordinate and oversee drug and alcohol testing processes
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in accounting software (e.
