The Shift Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, delegating tasks, providing feedback and ensuring that all customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
Provide direction and guidance to employees to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Train new employees on proper procedures and protocols.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed.
