As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check guests in and out of the hotel - Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
