The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, financial sales, and customer service within the banking or financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members inquiring about financial products and services - Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet member needs - Process Teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and additional services as needed - Conduct cash management activities accurately and efficiently - Detect and prevent fraud through vigilant monitoring and reporting
Experience:
- Previous experience in a financial institution or related field preferred - Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Knowledge of financial services products and regulations - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with members - Experience in fraud prevention detection is a plus This position is with our Pearland branch.
Monday thru Friday.
Closed every Sunday.
Possible rotating Saturdays at Main Office 9-1 pm Job Types:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
