SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Sales experience is essential College experience preferred Industry experience strongly preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions/information Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure Understands and adheres to industry regulations and all company policies Able to work in a fast pace environment Excellent work ethics and good work history Experience with register and handling cash Detail oriented and well organized Must be flexible and work hours as needed, including occasional evening and weekends Medical office experience is a huge plus Experienced with Apple computers is a plus DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
open and close office handling phone calls and leads as they come in meet and greet patients with a smile taking payments from patients assisting medical assistant when needed for office duties answer email promptly and professionally answer social media messages promptly and professionally schedule appointments accurately provide support in marketing projects assist with in-office and out-of-office marketing events end of day closing procedures other common administrative duties Salary is $12-$18 per hour Depends on Experience, with production bonuses Send resume, current photographs, and THREE professional references.
